Dr. Maier started his career working for Hoechst and Clariant in the fine chemicals business, which became part of WeylChem in 2007. Prior to his current position, he worked across R&D, Operations, Sales and Business Management and also leads the company's Care Chemicals Business.

Tilo Stein brings around 20 years of experience from big corporations and mid-sized companies in various industries. He has a professional background in the broader Finance and Controlling area ranging from Audit over Controlling and Investment Management to CFO- and CEO-positions. In this context he has gained experience in and successfully executed growth projects as well as in restructuring- and Change Management-assignments. He joined Weylchem as Group-CFO in July 2023.

Mr. Koivisto started his chemical career in the UK working for BASF. Later on, he held various sales and marketing leadership roles at BASF in Germany. He also held a regional business unit responsibility at Orica for EMEA, before joining DOW Coating Materials in global key account management. Mr. Koivisto joined the WeylChem Group of Companies in 2017, and is today leading the Sales and Marketing platform of the Group.

Alix Deschamps has around 25 years of international experience in the petrochemical and chemical industry, including positions as site manager and operations manager with a strong focus on HS&E. Before joining WeylChem in January 2021, he was Group Manufacturing Excellence Director at Solvay SA, based in Brussels, Belgium.

Dr. Riehm started his career in the ICI Group in 2017. He held several commercial and business related functions within the group. in 2018, he took over the role as Managing Director at Corden BioChem GmbH and laid the ground for a new start as supplier to the food and feed market. In October 2020 he moved to the US and joined Corden Pharma Boulder as Director of Peptides. In 2022 he was appointed Managing Director of Allessa GmbH and WeylChem Höchst GmbH.

With extensive experience in leadership roles, Mr. Matheny worked for Georgia-Pacific Packaging Division in several finance roles and as General Manager of a corrugated box manufacturing plant. He also spent 10 years as Vice President Strategic Planning and Analysis for Novolex.

Stefan Sigmund started his career working for Evonik Industries in 2013. During his time at Evonik he held various positions in Inhouse Consulting, Business Operations and Sales & Marketing in Germany and the US. In 2018 he joined the Performance Materials Division, which in 2023 partly became part of the WeylChem Group of Companies.
